As the Food and Beverage Director, Artie Keenan’s responsibilities involve the management of daily operations for everything food and beverage related. These roles can range from planning member events, a la carte dining, creation of wine lists and special dinners, to budgeting the department for the season. Artie has been at BHYC since June of 2009, where he started as a Sous Chef and worked in the culinary department for 10 years. Outside of work, Artie enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, sports, and movies. He also hopes to soon get back into golf and skiing.
