Carly Rehmann is BHYC’s Human Resources Manager and handles new hire onboarding, benefits administration and other HR related duties. Carly also manages Accounts Payable and works closely with the Harbormaster in regard to boat slip assignment. Carly started as an Administrative Assistant at BHYC in 2013. She earned her Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in 2018 and re-certified in December 2021. Prior to her career at BHYC, Carly worked as the Administrative Assistant and HR Coordinator at Bartley Healthcare and as a Clerk at the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office.
