As the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, Kylie Forster assists with the planning and execution of all dining operations. When she's not supervising the bustling main porch, Kylie's roles include maintaining a la carte menus and wine lists, ensuring that online platforms are up to date with the latest culinary offerings, and overseeing the daily responsibilities of the front of house staff. Kylie began hostessing at BHYC as a college freshman and decided to join the F&B team full-time upon graduating from Marist College in 2021. Outside of work, she spends her free time planning her next trip - so far, she has visited 16 countries and counting!
